Allinga – Data-secure speech solutions for professional environments
Voice assistants play a key role in the digitalization of business and society. Both in the automation of industry and in healthcare, for insurance companies, banks and authorities, as well as for entertainment services, voice assistant technology simplifies interaction between humans and machines and saves valuable time which can be used for other tasks.
The Allinga voice assistant solution is a joint development by the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems IAIS and the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS, using the latest AI technology. Two modules, namely speech recognition and speech synthesis “Allinga Voice”, are currently available, and these are already proving to be successful on the market. Both modules function completely independently of one another and further components are currently in development. When used in conjunction with one another, they provide a fully customizable voice assistant system that is compliant with European data-protection standards and with full data sovereignty.
