Fraunhofer in the Soofi Consortium for Sovereign AI
Two institutes from the Fraunhofer Society are involved in the development of Soofi S: the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS and the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems IAIS. Its focus on German and English, along with precise adherence to user instructions, ensures strong practical usability.

Through its modern post-training pipeline, Fraunhofer IIS improves the quality, reliability, and safety of Soofi S. At the same time, capabilities such as logical reasoning, coding, and tool use are being specifically expanded.
